microJoining Solutions employs a combination of theoretical and "hands on" training at your facility.  We begin with a problem weld that is not meeting production or weld quality requirements using the following methodology over a 3 or 4-day period:

• Provide a basic understanding of laser or resistance welding fundamentals
• Provide a basic understanding of how to apply the Design of Experiment (DoE) process to laser or restance welding processes
• Construct a DoE model using the client's actual problem weld
• Conduct the DoE
• Analyze the DoE results and optimize the welding parameters
• Verify the optimized welding parameters using production parts
